Schedule: RN Clinical Lead Full-time days; Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:15 pm (hours could vary); No weekends, no holidays, no call .

Location : UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Pain Management Clinic, 420 S. Schmidt Road, Bolingbrook, IL

The role you’ll contribute:

Leads staff in performing clinical or patient care activities.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

Leads or coordinates daily operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.

• Serves as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties with staff.

• Assigns, monitors and reviews progress of work and compliance with policies and/or procedures.

• Oversees and evaluates orientation and training of assigned associates. May provide input in the review

and evaluation of staff performance.

• Works with the providers in the clinic as well as administrative duties. Performs vitals. Designs,

interprets and implements clinical policies and procedures.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

· BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

· Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

· Prior Pain Clinic experience preferred.

· Prior office nursing experience preferred.
