We are seeking a dedicated Survey Coordinator to join our growing team. This role involves processing work orders from Project Managers, evaluating information for field crews, and developing staking plans based on project requirements and survey data. The Survey Coordinator will coordinate and schedule survey crews, assist in the preparation and maintenance of survey equipment, manage survey data, upload data in AutoCAD, and conduct quality checks on survey data. This individual will collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and field staff to support project objectives and follow safety protocols.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Aurora, Illinois.
Work Environment
This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of surveying projects and field operations. The company, located in Aurora, has about 50 employees. This is an in-office position with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The Survey Coordinator will work closely with the President and a PLS, as well as interact with a survey team of 18 employees. Long-term opportunities are dependent on company growth, with potential for building out a support survey team. Annual salary reviews, raises, and bonuses are provided.
