Manager Clinical Research Finance
The Manager Clinical Research Finance is responsible for a compliant clinical research billing program.
This role develops and implements institutional policies and directs the creation of appropriate processes and controls to ensure the accurate processing of clinical research billing to insurance payors and sponsors.
The position oversees a centralized clinical research billing unit, collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations. The role also includes overseeing staff activities, ensuring quality, productivity, and operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe and effective work environment. Additionally, the position involves budget development and compliance, employee engagement, staffing decisions, and ensuring compliance with ethical and legal business practices.
