Description:
The associate will be responsible for handling/moving/documenting raw materials, finished goods, and in-bound freight in the warehouse. They will prepare products for shipment for internal and external customers.• Check orders picked for accuracy.• Pack orders for shipping.• Ship products via FedEx, UPS, or Freight carrier.• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment and follow prescribed safety regulations.• Follow all company quality and compliance regulations.• Other duties as required.• Focus on achieving our Company mission.• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in daily work; look for ways to improve and promote quality & safety. • Inspire the trust of others; treat people with respect and dignity and embrace the value of diversity.• Use time efficiently; perform job accurately, thoroughly, and conserve Company resources to improve profits.• Contribute to building and maintaining a positive team environment.• Assure all policies and guidelines are implemented and followed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Basic math and computer skills required. • Attention to detail and being able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.• Previous warehouse experience in a medical or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of 2 to 4 years is preferred.• 1 year of certifiable experience in operation of stand-up and sit-down forklifts/reach trucks/ pallet jackets for 1 of the open roles required• Must be familiar with proper packing methods and materials.• Experience with FedEx ship Manager and UPS Worldship with online freight carrier software is desirable. • Experience with RF scanners is helpful
