Title: Accounting Analyst (invoices, Billing)

Location: Burbank CA 91506

Duration: 3 Months Contract

Work Schedule: Hybrid role; In-Office days Mon. – Thurs.

Notes:

Media experience helpful but not required.

Will be dealing with many internal stakeholders.

Some Excel experience is required.

Operative is the groups billing program and experience with this, or a similar program, is helpful but again not required.

Description/Comment:

Responsible for Addressable Ad Sales billing on the client streaming platforms. Billing is based on impressions served times the contract CPM. Analyst must be able to interpret billing requirements from the Operative One system and make appropriate adjustments in company’s proprietary revenue recognition system knowns as HARPS.

Basic Qualifications:

Analyst will also be responsible for revising any invoices that need to be corrected. Lastly, ad hoc projects such as historical order research may be required.
