In this position you will assist in support planning, deployment office in areas of support agreement management, contingency and mobilization management, war reserve materiel management and internal studies. Responsible for the review, validation, administration and maintenance of Wing Support Agreements as required in accordance with DoDI 4000.19 and AFI 25-20 I. Ensures integration of all 412 TW efforts in response to base-wide deployments. Plans, evaluates, tracks and provides budgetary, maintenance accountability and storage reporting of WRM assets. Develops, compiles and tracks the proper recording and accounting for funds allocated to support contingency operation costs through Emergency and Special Program (ESP) codes, so that accurate contingency cost data estimates can be obtained for funding and reimbursement of deployment expenditures. Performs complex studies and analysis on projects concerning critical problems affecting overall wing programming, resource availability and allocation processes. Maintains current appointment letters for wing Functional Area Agreement Coordinators (FAACs) and standardized supplier statements. Works closely with Deployment Control Center (DCC) personnel to direct deployment activities during real world emergencies and exercises. Plans, evaluates, tracks and provides budgetary, maintenance accountability and storage reporting of WRM assets. Compiles and tracks program accounting and financing responsibilities for base mobility bags and other deployment equipment/supply expenditures. Prepares coordinates and presents written reports and/or oral briefings. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least 1 year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the NH-01/GS-04 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes support planning, budgetary planning, maintenance accountability, and storage reporting. OR EDUCATION: 4 years above high school, if related from an accredited college or university. NOTE: You must submit copies of your official transcripts. OR COMBINATION OF EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: I have equivalent combination of successfully completed post-high school education and experience that may be used to meet total experience requirements.
