Senior Manager, Procurement Center of Excellence

CVS Health is seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Manager to lead a team of senior analysts within the Procurement Center of Excellence. The Procurement Center of Excellence is a strategic team that advises, influences, and enables outcomes that support strategy, transform work, and enable people across all Enterprise Procurement teams while providing specialized expertise on analytics. The Senior Manager will be key in achieving the mission to improve functional performance by defining, driving, and promoting a cohesive execution of the department strategy while enabling the key outcomes that impacts how CVS Health business partners experience Enterprise Procurement. The Senior Manager reports to the Director of Procurement Center of Excellence.

Job Focus and Responsibilities:

Create visibility, unlock opportunities, and guide behavior by measuring and delivering insights through intuitive business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and analytics

Assess, identify, and lead projects for internal savings, process, and continuous improvement opportunities that enable the delivery of department goals

Support Accounts Payable organization with forecasting activities that ensures appropriate Working Capital Management for the organization along with various month-end close and controls activities

Provide executive-level reporting and analysis across various enterprise-wide categories including Travel and Temporary Labor

Perform diagnostics and benchmarking on procurement function and processes with objective to understand strengths and gaps

Evaluate opportunities to introduce technology and solutions that support the function vision

Dynamically support ad hoc requests from business stakeholders and procurement teams

Preferred Qualifications

Expert-level knowledge of procurement processes

Experience leveraging analytics and business acumen to identify opportunities and build compelling business cases

Experience building insightful data visualizations and dashboards

Experience managing data through SQL, Python, R, or Alteryx

Required Qualifications

7 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, sourcing, or analytics roles

Experience leading large-scale or enterprise projects including process change and technology implementation

Experience developing business intelligence solutions and dashboards through tools like QlikSense, Tableau, or PowerBI

This is a hybrid role located at any of our CVS hubs listed

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 – $182,549.40

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
