Position Summary

The Financial Analyst position will provide financial reporting, support, and analysis for the Construction, CVS.com & License & Registration functions. The purpose of the role is to report monthly financial performance, forecast monthly expenses and payroll, annual budgeting, and various ad hoc analyses as required by the business or finance leadership. These reports and analyses serve to aid leadership with pertinent financial information for management of the businesses. The individual will take an active role in identifying improvement opportunities and will partner cross functionally with business partners throughout the company. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate that is eager to learn the Retail Reporting process and get experience with process improvement.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Reporting on Monthly & Quarterly results vs Budget/Forecast

Headcount Planning

Maintenance of financial data sources

Effectively communicating results and findings to leadership

Proactively identify systemic improvement opportunities and work through implementation

Assist in variance department projects in support of team goals

Required Qualifications

1 month of experience in a corporate finance / accounting role or internship

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to learn quickly

Strong project management and problem solving skills

Be an independent thinker with a proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Effectively work cross functionally in a large organization

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with varying priorities

Meeting tight deadlines with efficiency and accuracy is necessary

Strong Excel skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Experience with SAP

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

Concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 – $93,574.80

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
