A large healthcare client is looking to bring on a Senior Manager of Data Policy and Audit Readiness. This candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and maintaining data governance policies, standards and guidelines. They will have total oversight of data governance findings, remediation plans, progress tracking and cross functional interactions. Day to day the candidate will be responsible for basic blocking and attacking policy standards, any renewals/changes, doing audits, and overall working on automation and simplification to ensure effective controls are in place. This candidate needs to know details around data privacy, AI awareness and data governance controls aligned to key regulations such as HIPAA, PCI, CPRA or GDPR. We are looking for someone who has strong interpersonal and organizational skills and expectational analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills and Requirements

· 5 years of data governance policy creation and management experience

· 5 years of experience identifying data governance risk within data solution implementations.

· 5 years of experience with data governance controls alignment to key regulations like HIPAA, PCI, CPRA and GDPR · Familiarity with industry standard data management frameworks such as DAMA DMBOK, or EDM

Experience with data governance in hybrid cloud environments null
