Posting Summary
The Center for Health and Wellbeing ( CHWB ) Office Operations Manager is the chief customer/patient service officer for the Center for Health and Wellbeing, ensuring a welcoming, approachable, and accessible organization that supports students in ease of access to health and wellbeing services. The CHWB Office Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the CHWB units. The CHWB office Operations Manager oversees CHWB administrative support functions and daily office operations and serves as a key point of contact for students, staff, and external partners, in addition to overseeing the Patient Service Representatives and/or front desk staff for CAPS (Counseling and Psychiatry Services), Student Health Services ( SHS ), Athletic Medicine (AM), and Living Well. This position is an organized and adept project manager who sources projects from CHWB leadership, delegates projects out to Patient Service Representatives, and then reports back to leadership on completion.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public policy, Higher Education, Health Management, or related health and management fields. Three to five years’ experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare or higher education setting. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health records or similar systems. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Qualifications
Anticipated Pay Range $65,000-$75,000
