What we’re looking for…

IT Infrastructure Manager with 10 years of experience who will be responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining the companys IT infrastructure (i.e., Work devices, network, telecom, systems, infrastructure applications), ensuring its optimal performance, security, and scalability, to support business operations and growth. 

This role will lead the IT infrastructure team in the US while maintaining close functional alignment within the companys global infrastructure organization.

Fluent in Mandarin is a big plus but not required.

What you should know / have:

Sound technical knowledge and demonstrable experiences of IT infrastructure components, including systems, networks, storage, and cloud services. 

Any certifications below would be preferred: 

Network: CCNA/P, Palo Alto

Cloud: AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty, Azure Networking Associate, or Google Cloud Professional Network Engineer

Security & Compliance: COBIT, CISSP

Service management experience: 

ITIL Foundation (required) 

ITIL Advanced (strongly preferred) 

Demonstrable experiences in leading and building an ITSM oriented team

Project management experience: 

Experiences leading high profile infrastructure projects/programs 

PMP/CSM (preferred) 

Work schedule: 

New York Office: 9 am-6 pm EST (Hybrid)

Education & Work Experience 

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

10 years of experience & 5 years of experience in a team management role

Multinational / culture working environment will be a plus

Salary Range

$150,000-$180,000 based on education and experience level.
