EisnerAmper is seeking a Director of Business Process Improvement to lead the design, implementation and optimization of processes across our firm and to establish a Process Center of Excellence. This role will focus on aligning process improvement initiatives with our organizational goals, enhancing automation and digital transformation and ensuring process compliance and controls.

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:
-
Design and implement process improvement projects that align with firm goals and priorities, in line with the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) roadmap, including areas such as automation, digital transformation and compliance.

Establish and lead a Process Center of Excellence to drive best practices in process design, improvement and optimization across the firm.

Own and manage the firms process architecture and process performance management framework to foster continuous process innovation.

Design and establish clear roles for process owners, ensuring accountability and effective management of processes across the organization.

Develop, communicate, and enforce process policies, standards, and tools to ensure consistent application and adherence across the firm.

Build, train, and sustain a network of process leads throughout the organization, leveraging methodologies such as Kaizen and Six Sigma to drive process improvement initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.

Proven experience 15 years of driving results in process management, improvement and optimization with demonstrated strong attention to detail and commitment to quality results.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on driving performance improvements.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen.

Demonstrated experience in program and project management, ideally in leading process improvement, automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Experience in developing and implementing process policies and standards.
