Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Inspector with a minimum of 3 years of quality inspection experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges, as well as inspection experience with metals for mills and lathes. Proficiency in reading blueprints is essential. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for in-process and final inspections of mechanical parts and components. Additional duties include inspecting incoming raw materials, checking dimensions, conducting internal audits, completing surveys, handling paperwork, and responding to nonconformance issues with customers. The role also involves ensuring adherence to processes and procedures.

Skills

3 years of quality inspection experience

Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)

Inspection of metals for machine shop equipment

Blueprint reading

Bench inspection

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Aston, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

This is a hands-on position in a clean manufacturing environment. There are opportunities for advancement, and the company values honesty, growth, and hard work. The work schedule is Monday-Thursday from 7am-4:30pm, and Friday from 7am-11am, with available overtime hours Monday-Friday from 6am-4:30pm.
