We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team at our program in Philadelphia, PA 19131.
Earn $22.48/hour.
Position Details
The Case Managers primary role is to support, monitor, and promote progress for persons in recovery while adhering to Merakeys complaince standards as well as state and county laws. The Case Manager is responsible for keeping detailed case notes regarding PIRs progress, treatment plan, medication management, etc.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is required,
12 credits of higher education coursework in psychology, addictions studies, social work or related field with specialty or concentration in counseling is required
One year of case management experience in behavioral health is preferred.
Bachelors degree in psychology, counseling, human services, or a related field is preferred.
