Machine Operator

Job Title : Machine Operator

Pay : $18/hour, weekly pay

Shift: M-F 7am to 3:30pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Load machines with the appropriate raw materials to ensure continuous operation.

Monitor material levels to prevent machine downtime.

Conduct quality checks on products using test blocks and visual inspections to maintain high standards.

Label all boxes and containers accurately and prepare products for shipping or storage by skidding, wrapping, and packaging.

Record and report all raw materials used and production activities accurately on designated sheets.

Follow production schedules and written instructions diligently.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.

Report any quality issues, equipment failures, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve company goals..

Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Essential Physical Requirements:

Good reading, writing, and computer skills, with proficient interpersonal and communication abilities.

Capability to stand, reach, bend, kneel, stoop, push, pull, and lift items weighing 50 pounds or less.

Manual dexterity and strong auditory and visual skills.

Ability to follow both written and oral instructions accurately.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
