Job Title: Mechanical Handyman

Job Description

We are seeking a Mechanical Helper to assist with various types of maintenance on warrantied equipment. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical aptitude, experience with hand tools, and be comfortable lifting upwards of 50 lbs. This person will be responsible for helping to maintain all of the inventory in the yard and preparing equipment for sale and rental. Candidates will need to be comfortable working in a shop environment.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in MANASSAS, Virginia.

Work Environment

The environment is hard-working, the team is very collaborative and measured on production (time to complete a job/task). Moving quickly and efficiently is required to meet performance expectations. The work will be in an outdoor/indoor environment, hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Emphasis on benefits package and potential for upward mobility within the company. Shift: M-F, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM – OT Shift is M-F, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Some Saturday work involved as well.
