Hypersonics Program Development Lead

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an individual with a deep background in oversight of weapons systems programs and technology development, specifically Hypersonics, to join us as a project lead in support of a DOD customer. This individual will be responsible for technical oversight of a series of projects centered on US Hypersonic capability advancement and development. They will be responsible for leading interagency coordination, project direction, project oversight and timeline management, as well as briefing senior leadership on capability and project statuses.

Hourly: 92-101/hr

Salary: 180,000 – 195,000

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelors Degree and 15 years of experience, or Masters and 13 years of experience (STEM degree preferred)

-Active TSSCI clearance

-Proven background managing DOD or IC projects focused on weapons system development (hypersonics highly preferred)

-Experience with system design reviews, managing program budget, or the defense acquisition process -Systems engineering background centered on missile, hypersonic, or weapons system development null
