Description:

Focused on check out

Set up follow-up appointments

Confirm any blood work or future clinic visits, lab orders, etc.

Will be answering phones, taking patient notes & working with support staff as needed.

Update patient info into EMR system

Insurance verification and review

Skills:

patient scheduling, EMR, customer service, EPIC, Administrative Support, meditech, Scheduling Appointments

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must have at least 1 years of medical secretary/scheduling/administrative experience

Patient experience – checking in/out, scheduling

Filing, phones, faxing

VERY BUSY OFFICE– up to 8 doctors, can see about 100 patients per day.

SHIFT- M-F 8-430 or 830-5p
