Job Title: Order Entry Representative
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities include:
– Answer phone calls and emails to assist customers with their orders.
– Enter orders for personal care products, alcohol/solvents, and specialty items.
– Schedule logistics for each order.
– Provide front-line customer support and maintain account records.
– Set up customer accounts in Account Mate.
– Track containers to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
– Generate price quotations as instructed by the sales team.
– Review and submit credit/trade reference requests.
– Generate various reports and validate carrier invoices.
– Assist with inventory counts in the warehouse for personal care products as needed.
– Run month-end inventory reports.
– Process payments for customers.
– Handle invoicing for personal care, solvents/alcohol, and specialty accounts after the order ships.
– Import approved freight charges for accounting purposes.
– Deal with collection emails for overdue personal care accounts.
– Manage files and purge records for personal care accounts, accounting, and solvent customers.
– Scan and import documents into DocuWare.
– Order office supplies.
– Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
– Be adaptable and assist sales and office staff with various projects and duties.
Hard Skills
1-3 years of Order Entry experience in a manufacturing environment is a requirement

This is a fully on-site position in Cockeysville, Maryland.
Work Environment
Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Parking is included.
