The Team

Deloittes Government and Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology, and outcomes-is designed for impact. Serving federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of over 15,000 professionals bring fresh perspective to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promise.

The I&I team supports our GPS clients by delivering capabilities across the investigative lifecycle in the regulatory, civilian, law enforcement, health, and national security domains. Our professionals help our clients to identify, combat, and mitigate national security threats such as fraud, money laundering, sanctions violations, cybercrime, threats of terrorism, human trafficking, narcotics trafficking, litigations, and disputes.

Work Youll Do:

Providing intelligence analysis and operational support, you will be responsible for receiving, triaging, reviewing, and processing threat information and nominations from multiple data sources.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelors degree, preferably in a technical field or data-driven area of study

5 years of Strategy and/or Analysis work for the federal government

Additional experience demonstrating an understanding of intelligence challenges, preferably terrorist threats

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Active Top Secret / Secure Compartmented Information (TS/SCI with polygraph) security clearance required for this role

Ability to work fully onsite in Virginia – multiple locations and flexible work schedule available

Ability to travel 20 – 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

Open-source / all-source intelligence analysis experience

Experience supporting Watchlisting

Strong Writing and briefing skills

Experience with Threat Analysis

Experience with Operational Support

Ability to manage multiple sets of data

Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail

Demonstrated agility with learning new technologies

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team

Demonstrated ability to utilize communication systems, databases, websites, and tools

Ability to work shift work and/or extended hours
