Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Seeking a candidate to assist with facilities maintenance and building upkeep. Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, and structural maintenance, performing visual inspections, and documenting tasks with a maintenance software/system. The role also involves replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, painting different materials or textures, and working with hydraulic systems. HVAC/Boiler knowledge is a plus. The candidate must be willing to work multiple shifts and weekends, and have experience with Preventative Maintenance and operating a tablet. Knowledge of 277/480V systems is required.
Hard Skills
1-3 years in plumbing, electrical, and structures

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 500 Hour(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Culpeper, Virginia.
Work Environment
Willing to work weekends and odd hours as required. Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. May be required to frequently lift up to 30 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs. as well as push/pull carts. Hand dexterity and strength are required. Overtime is required, including weekends sometimes with little or no advance notice. A flexible schedule is necessary, and regular attendance is an essential function of this position. Shifts available: Monday – Friday, 1st shift: 5:00AM – 2:00PM, 2nd shift: 4:30PM – 1:30AM (10% differential in pay).
