Job Title: Construction Laborer

Job Description

A commercial foundation installation and repair company is seeking 4-5 laborers with general construction experience in concrete. The company specializes in bridge construction, road repairs, and new construction roads. We are also looking for 1 experienced concrete finisher. Backhoe or skidsteer experience is a plus.

We are willing to train candidates who show ambition and motivation to learn. Daily tasks include cleaning up job sites, wheelbarrowing concrete from truck to formed-up pad, and assisting the foreman/supervisor with any tasks needed for jobs. Candidates must be strong, ready to work every day, and motivated to move up in the company.

Candidates will work at various construction sites across the Hampton Roads area and need reliable transportation. Openness to travel is required, as construction sites extend up towards D.C. and down to NC/SC.

Hours: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (laborers typically work 5-10 hours of overtime).

Candidates will be working at various construction sites across the Hampton Roads area, focusing on new construction commercial buildings and pouring concrete to lay foundations. This work will not be near roadways
