Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Operations Department across multiple company processes and programs. Screen and direct telephone calls, visitors, and incoming correspondence to appropriate personnel. Coordinate conference meetings and prepare necessary documents and materials. Provide administrative support to Directors and generate daily reports in Excel. Create and maintain Excel Spreadsheets for tracking & reporting purposes and manage database. Generate various forms of correspondence and material such as office policies, procedures, RFIs, reports, presentations, etc. as requested. Schedule meetings, create agendas and record minutes. Monitor office supplies and order supplies as needed. Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

Hours: 7AM-3:30/4PM Mon-Fri
