We are actively seeking Caregivers/DSPs to provide Community Living and Supports, Supported Employment, Day Support, and Supported Living Services. P/Tand F/T hours are available.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

– Promote client outcomes in behavioral, social, and vocational realms
– Assist client participation in leisure/recreational activities
– Maintain a schedule of services/activities in a treatment plan andreport on status of health and safety objectives
– Provide respite and companionship to offer relief to family or primary caregiver
– Completeand submit documentation and payroll data according to scheduled deadlines
– Complete initial and ongoing training and staff development activities
– Ability to achieve competency in required knowledge, skills, and abilities
– Ability to work independently in the community and/or the clients home
– Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary, based on individual client needs
– Passion and experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) is preferred

Requirements:

– Must be at least 18 years old
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Valid drivers license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation
– Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
– Lifting may be required depending on individual client needs
– CPR/First Aid Certification Training is provided by company

$1000 Signing Bonus Details:

– $500 paid out after working 30 days with an average of 20 hours per week
– $500 paid out after working 6 months with an average of 20 hours per week
– Applicant cannot have been employed by Abound Health or A Small Miracle, LLC in the past 18 months
– Signing bonus not applicable for Residential Services
– Employees hired as Relative as Providers (RAPs) are not eligible for the Signing Bonus
– RAPs are not eligible for the Referral Bonus
