The Value Stream Manager directs and manages all aspects of the value stream or VS section connected with the employees and processes that are required to produce the product. The role ensures that resources are in place and directed towards achieving the business requirements and operational excellence of the value stream. This includes all aspects for the safety, quality, cost, and delivery of all products within the value stream.

Defines Value Stream vision and strategy along with Factory Manager and department heads.

Guides and directs the Value Stream and lead all activities within its value stream (VS objectives manager – KPRs SQDC)
