Secret DevOps Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Secret cleared DevOps Engineer to support a federal client of ours onsite in the Charleston, SC area. This is a new position supporting the subsystem engineering within a Windows environment. The day-to-day includes:

– Provide knowledge in systems engineering and information technology related to DevOps

– Architect and develop solutions to solve problems and implement enhancements

– Investigate and resolve issues that span multiple applications/technologies and require involvement from technical personnel across multiple groups

– Develop and/or revise system designs and architectures to improve efficiency, stability, effectiveness, supportability, and sustainability

– Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration and deployment

Skills and Requirements

– Active Secret clearance or higher

– Security certifications

– 10 years of IT experience

– 5 years of DevOps experience

– Experience with programming/scripting languages, ideally PowerShell

– Experience with Ansible – Bachelors degree in engineering or similar

– Git/GitLab experience null
