Bilingual Janitorial Supervisor

Summary and Attributes:

LakePointSports is seeking individuals who want to play a key role in providing excellent guest experience in ourFacilitiesDepartment. This position is a full time position within the Champions Center, with potential of performing in different areas of maintenance and upkeepthroughout our campus. As part of the team, you will perform duties in facilities maintenance, facilities upkeep,janitorial duties, and event setup/break down.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Responsibilities include performing day-to-day facilities maintenance, upkeep, and janitorial duties within the Champions Center and campus grounds around it, including the parking lot
– Lead staff members on day-to-day basis
– Workas a team with other staff members
– Assistwith event set up and break down
– Assistwith securing equipment
– Follow, practice, and enforce all safety and regulatory standards
– Work cooperatively and lead in a group setting or by oneself with limited supervision to complete the assigned task(s)
– Providequality customer service to all guests on campus
– Follow verbal and written instructions from superiors and ensure the timely and quality completion of assigned tasks

Qualifications:

– Must have a valid Georgia Drivers License.
– Must have prior custodial experience
– Mustbe able to follow all policies and procedures.
– Must be Bilingual- Spanish/English

WorkEnvironment:

– Most work takes place in an indoor setting while standing, walking, bending, and lifting for long periods of time. Team membermay operate a variety of small and mediumequipment on a regular basis. The operation of some large equipment may also be necessary, likegolf carts push carts, and forklifts
