Installation Supervisor

Lead and supervise installation and maintenance of multi-axis industrial robots and custom-designed factory automation and conveyor systems; Survey and analyze customers production process and service needs to formulate project task lists and assign tasks for design and installation of multi-axis industrial robots and other complex manufacturing systems; Supervise completion of installation projects from design to installation, and to repair, including design and programming, precision diagnostic equipment testing, root cause analysis, quality analysis and testing; Supervise test-run and tune up process to ensure compliance with the clients specifications; Supervise diagnosis and analysis of origins of problems, preparation of quality reports and repair plans; Consult with customer companies engineers and technicians regarding proper operation of customized factory automation system and provide technical expertise and trainings for optimal use, maintenance, and troubleshooting; Train newly hired subordinate technicians; and Analyze and evaluate performance of subordinate staff and recommend personnel actions to management.

The position requires High School Diploma and at minimum 2 years of closely related experience.
