Sr Business Analyst

Adecco is assisting a well-established company in their search for a Remote Sr. Business Analyst position.
Pay: $28.75 – 36.00/HR
Length: 3 months
Shift: Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm EST.
Requirements:
Maintaining essential enrollment data and reporting environments (SharePoint and Power BI)
Meeting with business training leads
Building and editing learner groups
Building learner analyses
Submitting support tickets for new enrollments or issue escalation
Running audit reports
Troubleshooting enrollment issues
Monitoring team shared mailbox and respond to customer requests
Managing knowledge and documentation repository
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
3-5 years cross industry experience serving as Sr Business Analyst; no healthcare experience needed
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Leadership: Leading projects and guiding teams towards achieving business goals
Data Visualization Tools: Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel for creating insightful reports
Project Management: Experience with methodologies like Agile and tools like JIRA and Confluence
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights
Problem-Solving: Strong skills in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
