Coordinator, Group Revenue Management

Universal Orlando Resort believes in-person collaboration is key to our success. Many of our Team Members work in a hybrid capacity, contributing from the workplace a minimum of three days per week. JOB SUMMARY:

Assists and supports Analysts, Sales Representatives and Managers with the group booking process utilizing the group booking system.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the Delphi/CRS group room block process for group sales managers (enter rooms, rates, concessions, comments according to contracts)

Assist hotel conference managers, reservations coordinators, and sales team with group inventory inquiries

Assist Revenue Manager with internal tasks (room reservations, inventory audits, internal group blocks and sub-blocks)

Process other group inventory related tasks (addendums, block reductions, pick-up reporting and block management)

Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

1 years of sales experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
