Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Sales Team Coordinator to join our team at the Kennedy Space Center in Kennedy Space Center, Florida. As a Sales Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the entire sales team. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales efforts.

$17.00 – $17.00 / hour

Responsibilities

Handle sales agreements, credit applications, ticket reservations, refunds, and customer service issues, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently

Generate and track reports and documentation, including guest satisfaction surveys and attendance pace charts, ensuring timely submission

Assist in creating and maintainingSOPs, and manage the flow of documents requiring cross-departmental approval

Coordinate with international student operators and the Education Department to process Camp KSC International group bookings

Support Sales Managers by interacting with B2B clients, attending trade shows, assisting in FAM tours, and developing sales materials and marketing collateral

Qualifications

Degree in marketing, sales, or a related field

Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred in a sales related field

Minimum of 3 years of administrative office experience

Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Power Point

Experience with Sales Force a plus

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for extended periods of time

May require walking and repetitive movements
