Are you passionate about Luxury Brands and customer service? Were thrilled to offer an exclusive 5-day project in the vibrant Wynwood district (zip code 33136)! As a Wardrobe Concierge for our prestigious Luxury Brand you will be the primary point of contact for guests wardrobe management needs. Shifts: Wednesday – Sunday

7:15 am to 9:00pm

8:15 am to 8:30 pm

9:15 am to 8:00 pm

9:15 am to 3:00 pm

Responsibilities

Guest Greeting & Service: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and attended to. Offer to assist with coats, bags, or other personal items.

Wardrobe Management: Collect, store, and organize guests coats and belongings in a neat and secure manner, ensuring prompt retrieval upon request.

VIP Assistance: Provide personalized wardrobe services for VIP guests, ensuring a high level of discretion and attention to detail.

Event Support: Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth transitions and a cohesive luxury experience, helping maintain a refined and welcoming ambiance.

Brand Representation: Uphold the brands image through polished communication, professional appearance, and exceptional service, embodying the brands luxury ethos.

Security & Accountability: Maintain strict control over guest items, ensuring secure storage and quick identification through an organized system.
