Note: The pay rate for this job is $20 – $30  / hour

Responsibilities:

Hours:  6×10, Monday – Saturday

Controlled Demolition

Ability to read blue prints

Remove cabinets, countertops, baseboard, trim, drywall, flooring, and other damaged materials, leaving the structure intact.

Remove debris and dispose of properly.

 Qualifications:

Ability to read blue prints.

Ability to organize work flow, and lead a team.

Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

Prior experience in the commercial field required
