Skilled Laborer

Note: The pay rate for this job is $18 – $20 / hour

Responsibilities:

Material and equipment management

Training, orientating, overseeing and managing workers on site

Manages sub-contractors on site

Completes and manages daily required tasks to keep project on timeline

Carpentry tasks from rough to finish

 Qualifications:

Own a tool pouch and basic commercial tool set.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

Prior experience working on a commercial construction job site.
