Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction to all Cirrus customers, potential customers and guests during all visits to the Vision Center campus. The Guest Ambassador enhances builds customer relationships by driving the Service Essentials to create personal experiences to creating a world class environment. Work location may be at various campus offices.
Schedule: Typically Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM, some overtime and occasional weekends required
Essential Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers and visitors to the Flight Center
Engage with customers and visitors, anticipate needs
Receive and process all fuel orders and billing
Drive customers to various buildings on Cirrus campus
Provide coverage to Guest Ambassador at Flight Training Center or Tyson Center as needed
Data entry work, transferring information from Alfa to SalesForce
Responsible for Patriot Act sign-in log for all Cirrus visitors
Maintain common spaces (organization, stocking, cleaning, and similar tasks)
Energize the Cirrus Service Essentials
Anticipates guests needs and responds promptly.
Strives to improve service performance
Additional duties as required
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelors in Hospitality preferred.
1-3 years customer service in hospitality experience required.
