Amergis EducationalStaffing is partnered with a School District in Memphis, TN who is currentlyseeking several Educational Sign Language Interpreters for the 24/25 School Year.
Details of thePosition Include:
· Educational Sign Language Interpreter
· Memphis, TN
· 24/25 School Year
· Elementary, Middle, and High School Openings
· 37.5 hours per week
· Pay Rate: $42 per hour
The Educational Sign Language Interpretersupports staff, students, and families by providing interpretation andtranslation services for deaf and hearing-impaired students. The interpreteralso effectively facilitates communication between students who use signlanguage due to hearing loss, and students/teachers who do not.
REQUIRED:
· Must hold TN Sign LanguageInterpreter Licensure
· Minimum 1 years of experience as a Sign Language Interpreter
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher
