Roles and Responsibilities:
Role Summary:
This role involves both manual assembly of parts and the use of automated equipment. Individuals must be capable of successfully operating in all elements of the process. Executes technical processes according to the appropriate instructions. Most projects rely on PCs or workstations and require constant interaction with engineering and support staff.
Responsibilities:
Work across all teams to assist in production, trouble shooting, training, preliminary review, and incoming material issues.
A primary function of this role is to support production by working on the line, engaging with engineering, maintaining planning and quality requirements, cycle time reduction, product flow, workstation design and tooling, material handling, and EHS and support the team wherever necessary.
This role maybe responsible for training production associates, providing one over one for production associate, assisting to track OJT process for production associates, assisting production in aligning production goals to maximize training opportunities, programing basic equipment, training production associates on use of equipment, troubleshooting new equipment, and other various duties depending on the area in the shop floor.
In addition, this role will assist the team in production scheduling, inventory control, simple preventive maintenance of machinery, and other roles within this team-based environment.
Associates will participate on teams to identify and implement process improvement opportunities to improve quality and product flow.
To perform the essential functions of this job, an individual is regularly required to stand for majority of the shift and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Collect data for First Time Yield projects as directed.
Current Enrollment or Active PR certification or with good standing to obtain certification as confirmed by relevant Product Owner or QE.
Active CVP certification.
Ability to learn quickly.
Competent in use of measuring equipment (Gages, Calipers, Inspection Reports, etc…)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints (including GD&T)
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all levels of the organization
Ability to adequately address topics in crossover meetings or LCC.
Competent in learning Custom Developed Software Applications (CSF, CAS, SPS, eNMS)
Support Process Specialist in Root cause corrective action duties.
Desired:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong presentation & facilitation skills
Previous MS Office Suite experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience with web-based applications
Qualifications: Must have been BCO employee for 12 months and on-going performance management reviews in good standing required for continued assignment in role, including current progressive discipline no greater than a Level 2 Coaching.
