Principal Solution Strategist (Salesforce)

This is a remote position for a (Principal Solution Strategist) located in Jackson, MS.
Summary:
Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in professional services, strong Salesforce background (Sales, Service & Experience Cloud preferred), is tech savvy and is self-motivated.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Designing advanced and integrated solutions to enable client success. Creating clear deliverables and innovative solutions (Sales, Service, Experience clouds) in an organized SOW. Maintaining and developing relationships with key partners, clients and industry contacts. Properly demonstrate and present custom solutions based on the Salesforce platform and ecosystem. Pre-Sale – retaining knowledge of our professional services and suite of capabilities to successfully present and market our solutions and services (travel as needed (minimal). Post-Sale – maintaining client and project team contact to review solution creation and implementation; provide support as a primary POC and resident expert; assist in the development of re-usable assets (for client and Simplus).
Job Specifications or Qualifications
:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 12 years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience. Significant hands-on experience in building solutions in Salesforce ecosystem in large consulting organizations or Global System integrators. Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations. Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Deep experience in industries with understanding of industry specific trends, processes, segments and other aspects of the specific industry.
