Job Description

Utilize machine operator and mechanical abilities to keep machines running

Operate 3 machines at a time

Make adjustments to the machines and set up machines

Prepare molds for production

Set up, change over, start up, shut down, and perform some tooling changes on machines

Inspect produced parts to ensure no damaged parts

Work in a fast-paced environment

This is a fully on-site position in Fremont, Ohio.

Pay Increase; 6 month: $23.30: 12 month: $24.10: 18 month: $24.90

$1 shift differential

.50 cent weekend premium

Have done annual wage increases each year for the last 3 years (usually around $1)
