### Job Title: Dietary Food Service Worker (FSW) — Part-Time

Location: Ottawa County Riverview Healthcare Campus, Ohio

Shift: Part-Time, 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM), every other weekend

Compensation:

– $2/hr Attendance Bonus
– $2/hr Weekend Differential
– Sign-On Bonus up to $2,500

Job Summary:

Ottawa County Riverview Healthcare Campus is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dietary Food Service Worker (FSW) to join our dietary team on a part-time basis. This position is essential in ensuring our residents receive nutritious and appealing meals in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare and serve meals to residents according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
– Assist with meal setup, including arranging food on trays and ensuring proper portion control.
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment.
– Follow food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of meals served.
– Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
– Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to address dietary needs and preferences.
– Assist in planning and preparing special meals or snacks as needed.
