### Job Title: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) — Full-Time/Part-Time Day Shift

Location: Ottawa County Riverview Healthcare Campus, Ohio

Shift: Day Shift, 6 AM – 6 PM

Compensation:

– $2/hr Attendance Bonus
– $2/hr Weekend Differential
– Sign-On Bonus up to $5,000

Job Summary:

Ottawa County Riverview Healthcare Campus is seeking compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team for full-time or part-time day shifts. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
– Provide mobility assistance to residents, including turning and positioning, transferring, and ambulation.
– Monitor and record residents vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
– Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
– Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
– Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

– Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
