Through the talents of more than 2,500 dedicated caregivers, our Revenue Cycle Management team supports the Cleveland Clinic mission by securing timely, appropriate payment for services rendered, in an efficient patient- friendly manner. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will assist with the PASS and Customer Service teams, support integration efforts and work with Florida leadership on RCM reporting needs.

A caregiver in this position works 8:00AM – 5:00PM.

Must be onsite for meetings in NE Ohio.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Provide financial or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data, metrics and standard/ad hoc reporting to support the organizations needs.

Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information.

Provide support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other issues.

Assist with budget preparation, budget review for compliance and financial planning processes.

Retrieve and manipulate complex information with database tools, such as SAS and Teradata.

Consult with all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.

Perform special projects and duties related to research, forecasting and conflict resolution.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Bachelors degree in accounting, finance business or a related field.

Four years of financial, RCM or general analytical experience.

Ability to complete sophisticated, analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation.

Strong understanding of complex key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development.

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Masters degree. A masters degree and three years of related experience may substitute the education and experience requirements.

Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow experience may substitute one year of required experience.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Healthcare experience.

Physical Requirements:

Manual dexterity sufficient to operate computer.

Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.

May require extended periods of standing, walking or sitting.

Good visual acuity through normal or corrected vision.

Personal Protective Equipment:

Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $27.65

Maximum hourly: $42.17
