Job Description

Join our Quality team in a dynamic role as a CMM Programmer & Inspector. You will be responsible for programming and using Zeiss CMM for all product measurements, completing first article, in-process, and final inspections of parts. Utilize hand gauges to perform inspections, ensuring all parts meet customer and industry specifications. Complete all documentation and paperwork following process and standards.

Qualifications

Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) experience

CMM Programming and Operating experience

Hands-on inspection experience with hand gauge

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Solon, Ohio.

Work Environment

Required 50 hours/week, 10 hours/day Monday through Friday. 10 hours of OT guaranteed each week at 1.5X pay. Saturdays are optional once a direct employee, and can earn double time 2X pay on Saturdays. Fast-paced, job shop environment, very clean and advanced precision machinery. High mix / low volume orders. This person will spend most of their time in the Metrology department, working with the CMM equipment and performing inspections.
