Training Center Trainer – Sales and Service

The Trainer is responsible for conducting instructor-led training classes and assisting with the implementation of the Companys Health and Safety programs, regulatory requirements for compliance, DOT requirements, business systems, business processes, and computer devices supporting the sales and service organization.

Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
Conduct instructor led training classes.
Ensure assigned job codes complete core competency training requirements while tracking and reporting progress to management; Ensure completed training courses are entered in Learning Management System and performs data entry as necessary.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of training courseware, processes and tools necessary to support training activities.
Ensures training documents and supporting information are stored in a central document management system; Assist with updating the existing training and development programs for all assigned job codes.
Assist with the development and distribution of standard operating procedures (SOP) and policy changes to the field.
Plans, organizes, and effectively conducts employee training on various skill, policy, and compliance areas.
Researches and identifies areas in which training is required and/or beneficial.
Evaluates and modifies existing or proposed programs; suggests and implements suitable changes.
Designs, drafts, and/or acquires new training materials.
Collaborates with outside consultants and training providers to deliver training.
Administers, scores, and logs results of qualification, learning assessment, and retention tests; arranges retraining or other appropriate action for insufficient scores.
Facilitates delivery of training by reserving and setting up needed audiovisual equipment and training rooms; scheduling training times with attendees; preparing and distributing training aids such as handouts; and performing other related tasks.
Performs other related duties, as required.
5 Years of Relevant experience
High School Diploma Required
Must have the ability to form and maintain working relationships with field personnel and senior management.
Detail oriented and able to hold constructive meetings.
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-starter and results oriented.
Must have excellent organizational and communication (written/verbal) skills.
Knowledge of both EPA and DOT regulations
Strong facilitator/training moderator experience
Ability to travel up to 50%
