Role Objective
Manages enterprise wide Field Service scheduling and coordination and dispenser installation processes for all market channels. Coordinates installation logistics to ensure low cost, on time, quality installations, and sustainable end of life solutions for removed products. Partners with Sales Operations, to place and monitor orders for product and dispensers; request and track Contract/Quotes; audit and process installation payments.
Engages Sellers, Distributors and other GOJO value chain stakeholders in the need for placing dispensers at end-user locations. Implements Dispenser Support initiatives including installation, hanging allowance and Sustainability. Monitors installation service providers / contractor(s) insuring they meet and adhere to standards and expectations. Coordinates installations with Field Service Representative and Project Managers scheduling for quality and satisfaction audits at end-user installations. Ensures compliance with dispenser installation agreements and GOJO Installation Standards and Expectations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Process Implementation
Develops tools and training to support dispenser placement
Monitors sales commitments to ensure on-time order delivery
Identifies and resolves issues involving product and/or dispenser orders
Assesses and manages risk involved in each installation
Provides feedback to improve dispenser installation process
Field Operations Process Management
Coordinates Enterprise dispenser installation and DHA processes for all market channels
Develops tools and training to support dispenser placement
Provides feedback to improve dispenser installation process
Monitors sales commitments to ensure on-time order delivery for installation projects
Manages installation logistics from end-user to installers and resolves issues involving product and/or dispenser orders related to installation projects
Coordinates scheduling for Field Service Representatives and Project Managers
Manages multiple installations concurrently with multiple vendors
Identifies opportunities for Field Operations engagement
Supports in-field material and reporting needs
Cost Value Management
Assesses and communicates risk involved in each installation
Represents end users and Field Operations in Enterprise improvement teams and initiatives
Consults with cross functional Enterprise teams on Field Operations engagement
Utilizes systems to record and share information
Publishes installation scorecards to inform stakeholders of project work status
Reports placements and pipeline by platform to Sales Operations group
Reports costs on per dispenser placement to Business Analysis / Financial teams
Publishes installation scorecards to inform stakeholders of project work status
Customer Satisfaction
Monitors sales commitments to ensure on-time order delivery for installation projects
Manages installation logistics from end-user to installers and resolves issues involving product and/or dispenser orders related to installation projects
Coordinates Field Service resources to meet end-user service and support requests
Counsels and supports all markets requiring assistance with dispenser placement
Reports progress of installations to GOJO sellers and leadership on a regular basis
