Job Description Summary

As the Commercial Customer Portals Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for operating in lockstep with product management to create a clear strategic direction for build needs for products in your teams portfolio. You will work with the team and deliver a clear and descriptive set of requirements to enable the delivery of products features and functionality. Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders: Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Service Owners and Developers.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

Implement Lean methodologies when working with the business to review, update and implement SAP standard operating procedures.

Participate in Kaizens and other events which involve the Commercial Customer Portals

Work with Product Teams to continuously improve processes and suggest improvements based on incoming tickets and requests.

Review team work to ensure it follows Standard Operating Procedures.

Suggest continuous improvement changes both within the team and externally to address common tickets and issues the business faces.

Ensure timely resolution and communication of all tickets, projects and other activities.

Budget Planning for yearly Purchase Order renewal, and review team capacity for changes needed.

Prioritize and manage work both on ad-hoc tickets, periodic activities and small projects for the team.

Lead regular and ad-hoc meetings and encourage standard work processes across all activities.

Ensure documents are maintained on the products you own including end user training, architecture, design, product information and data flows.

Partner with Business teams to document requirements and test prior to implementation

Drive successful execution of the requirements with the UX, Engineering and Architecture teams.

Work with key stakeholders to define the Product North Star Vision, the multi-year roadmap to achieve the North Star Vision and 5 quarter development plans.

Lead the MYGEHonda portal activities coordinating with all application owners within MyGEHonda.

Ensure portal is compliant per ITC Sanctions, including asset and customer

Work closely with Portal stakeholders to address tickets, issues and new requirements within an agreed to timeline.

Work with your TPM partners to drive consistency across the TPM organization and cross train on additional products.

Follow and implement standard work as set-up within the CCP team including Big Room Reviews (BRR), Big Room Planning (BRPs), periodic project and KPI report outs.

Document in Rally Feature Sets, Features, User Stories and other artifacts as needed.Partnering closely with the Pod Lead for successful Sprint planning and execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Technical Product, Project or Program Management roles.

Note : Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

Desired Qualifications:

Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills, ability to collaborate with Peers, Business, Leadership and Contractor Teams

Lean practice experience including Kaizens, VSMs, Problem Solving

Extensive experience in solving challenging issues in high pressure environment.

Agile experience including Rally, Feature Set, Feature and User Story writing and Sprint planning.

Must be flexible to travel as required to support business efforts up to 20% and subject to fluctuate based on business environment.
