Job Title: Lab Technician

Job Description

The lab technician will prepare paper test specimens of various sizes and shapes using different cutting and punching equipment, and operate test instruments to measure paper properties such as thickness, roughness, porosity, and strength. The technician will record their test results and issue reports using Excel spreadsheets. The technician will work safely at all times, helping to maintain good housekeeping, in a high sample throughput paper testing laboratory. They will work collaboratively with other technicians and scientists on the Analytical Sciences team.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Loveland, Ohio.

Work Environment

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break). Schedule can be flexible depending on candidates request (needs to work 8 hours per day, totaling 40 hours per week, but start/end time can be flexible).
