Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist; Warsaw, IN

Starting Pay: $18.25 (pay is reviewed after 90 days)

– Handles customer inquiries, processing transactions for swap rate loans, floor plans and participated loans.
– Involves daily contact with commercial loan customers, commercial lenders and loan administrators.
– Balances the floor plan general ledger account, any additional floor plan transactions and audit reporting.

Basic Qualifications Include:

– Two years banking experience; bank operations preferred
– Working knowledge of commercial loans, mortgages, lines of credit, and participations
– General office and clerical skills
– Microsoft Office experience with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 8:00-5:00 (Flexibility to work 7:00-4:00 specific days of the week)
