Assistant Cook

Position available at the BAVARIAN INN LODGE. Assists line cooks with individual menu orders, sets up and services banquet buffets under the direction of the Kitchen Supervisor and Kitchen Manager. Responsible for the sanitation of food areas and freshness of all food products. Will be assigned to the dish area during slow periods. Must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
