What You Will Do
This role will be responsible for maintaining, evaluating, developing, and implementing financial reporting (including systems, dashboards, metrics, and reports) and performance tracking (including orders, sales, and operating margins) as it relates to ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) deals. Reporting responsibilities will also include auditing and monitoring the reporting environment to ensure data accuracy and alignment to the business needs.
Maintain, evaluate, develop, and implement financial reporting systems, dashboards, metrics, and reports for ASC deals. Ensure data accuracy and alignment with business needs through auditing and monitoring of the reporting environment.
Translate high-level business requirements into technical and functional specifications to develop reporting and analytics for Sales, Marketing, and Finance, leveraging technical understanding and business acumen.
Provide in-depth analysis, tools, and reporting on projected sales, actual orders/sales, and overall ASC deal information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals, KPIs, and strategies.
Research and reconcile complex monthly order and sales transactions specific to ASC deals.
Prepare timely and accurate ASC deal reporting and presentations on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Partner with Information Systems (IS) and/or Health Care Solutions (HCS) to ensure system and data accuracy.
Audit current processes, identify opportunities for data accuracy and ease of report use improvements, and implement enhancements to accuracy, efficiency, and productivity. Communicate gaps and opportunities to leadership.
What You Need
Bachelors degree in finance, mathematics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
4 years of experience in data reporting and analytics.
Proven proficiency in Power BI.
Hands-on experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) programming.
Strong preference to have the candidate reside in EST / CST time zones.
$75,300 – $156,900 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
